We have found that the process of transformation is accelerated when the walls between educators and industry professionals is torn down.
For this reason, we find it valuable for Innovators to find Mentors that have experience with the mindsets, skillsets and toolsets of Agile, but may not, themselves, be educators.
Many educators have never worked outside of educators. Most industry professionals have never taught in a classroom. For this reason, it is important that they develop trust and a commitment to learn together.
To help manage this mentoring process, we are using Kanban Boards.
